Relief for those with ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, head injuries, emotional overwhelm, and the sensory imbalances that come along with neurodiversity and trauma
What is Brain Integration?
Brain integration is a holistic wellness practice utilizing the body’s electrical system, mapped out by the acupressure points of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in union with applied kinesiology and neuroscience. This modality is used to remove blockages in the neural pathways of the brain to restore access and improve overall function of the brain by integrating the logical and gestalt hemispheres. A large portion of the work is designed to calm the limbic system and bring sensory perception into balance.
How Brain Integration works
We are electromagnetic beings. The brain and nervous system function by using electrical synapses to relay messages. Brain integration works by clearing the energetic blockages caused by physical or emotional stress in the neural pathways of the brain so the electricity can flow properly. Just like a house’s electrical panel flipping the breaker when there’s too much electricity running in the circuit to prevent damage, our body’s electricity functions the same way. This is also a part of why grounding is healing for our bodies.
During a session I use applied kinesiology (muscle testing) to get information from the subconscious in order to identify which pathways need balancing. I use acupressure points to specify which neural pathways need clearing and then use neurovascular stress release points to restore balance, releasing specific emotions when necessary.
Emotional overwhelm, brain injuries, and inherited trauma can shut down the brain’s natural electrical current as a protective mechanism that was designed for self- preservation. With brain integration, we are restoring the electric current the brain relies on to communicate with the body and itself. Having several blockages can create learning difficulties as well as emotional, behavioral, speech and sensory issues.
Functions addressed with Brain Integration:
> Increased executive function
> Concentration and focus
> Sensory perception balanced
> Emotional stability/less reactive nervous system
> Motivation and drive
> Organization
> Auditory integration
> Visualization and memory
> Letter and number reversal
> Spelling
> Reading comprehension and speed
> Speech
> Hand/Eye Coordination
> Motor skills
> Balance
Bioresonance
Another modality I use for overall wellness for my clients is QRX Quantum Resonance. This form of bioresonance is a frequency scaler analyzer that can scan each organ, tissue, system, toxin and invader in your body and send corrective frequencies into your biofield to support the body’s natural self- healing process and come back into a state of coherence.
This device is for educational purposes only and is not used to treat, diagnose, cure.
***All techniques that I use can be done on humans and animals.***
My Story
My name is Kendra Dawn. I want to start by saying I do not believe neurodivergence is a disorder. In many ways it is a gift, but it does come with some nervous system and sensory imbalances that when not addressed can make life feel overwhelming.
In 2021, by divine appointment, I found a practitioner of this work, and it completely changed my life. I’ve realized it is my life’s purpose to help others in the same way.
By the age of 12, I had endured 4 concussions. I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD, and quite a bit of emotional trauma which caused me to be dissociated for the majority of my life. My family always thought I was just “spacey”, but the brain integration and emotion work restored access to neural pathways, cleared hypoxia, and released past shocks to my nervous system which kept me in a chronic state of fight or flight. I am now more conscious and awake than I’ve ever been and have access to functions of my brain I had never experienced. Many areas of my brain were compromised early so I never knew what I was missing.
In 2013, at age 27, I herniated a disc in my back which led to a back surgery that went bad. I spent the majority of nine years bed ridden because I could only be upright for about 30 minutes at a time before the severe muscle spasms and nerve pain became unbearable. This injury forced me to retire medically from the fire department… the career of my dreams that I had spent nine years perusing. After having acquired MANY diagnoses for my spine and being told by doctors countless times that I’d never be the same again, nor as flexible, and that I had “the back of an 80 year old” (at 29years old) everything changed at 36. I finally broke free!
After exhausting every option western medicine offered, I took matters into my own hands. I read a book by Dr. John Sarno called Healing Back Pain which explains how so much of chronic pain and autoimmune disorders are associated with suppressed subconscious emotions. This understanding along with restructuring my thoughts, intuitive movement, connecting to nature and retraining my breathing patterns lead to me finally being freed from my physical pain, but I still had a lot of buried emotions needing releasing. This was right around the time I met the woman who did my brain integration and became my mentor, introducing me to this beautiful work of clearing blockages, and releasing emotions and triggers from the subconscious. I immediately started taking classes and have been helping others and myself ever since.
My back is now healed and my brain and nervous system are functioning in way that I never knew was possible. I can also express myself like never before. Whereas, I used to have so many incomplete thoughts racing around that I could hardly finish a sentence, let alone a whole idea without getting distracted by my own tangents. I can now stay focused while speaking, reading and working. I’m also more coordinated and less clumsy, no longer constantly dropping things and running into doorknobs, walls, etc. This is due to finally being present in my body and having more spatial awareness. I can also visualize and remember information like never before which has made learning so much more enjoyable. I am now proud of my neuro-spiciness, and my goal is to make other’s feel the same.
I am committed to sharing this work and my experiences with the world for the rest of my life. Now that my path has led me to a position to assist others in finding their own healing, every moment of my pain and struggle has become worth it. I know why my soul chose this journey, and I’m thankful to be of service.
